Hi, I’m Alyce. A registered Developmental Educator (DE) and founder of Enriched by the Spectrum.

I combine my professional qualifications, lived experience as an autistic mum of four, and a background in early childhood education to provide holistic, neuroaffirming support for families and educators. My work centres on helping neurodivergent children thrive through understanding, practical strategies, and environments that embrace their unique strengths.

As a registered member of the Developmental Educators Australia (DEA), I uphold the profession’s values of inclusion, empowerment, and evidence-based practice.

Through my courses, resources, and community, I aim to bridge the gap between research and real life. Supporting those who care for and educate neurodivergent children to feel more confident, capable, and connected.
